Studies show that the use of these drugs is due to the increase in muscle mass and strength. But the same studies show deficiencies due some studies did not control important aspects such as protein intake, a food plan for the subjects, variations of stimulus in the exercises, some studies include competitive athletes, as it does not specify the control of the cited variables   .
