I was thinking 2 X 50mg tabs a day, for the 10 days. They come in a box of 20, by the looks of things which works out nicely for me. I wasn't intending on a 10 day bender, just thought one night the missus would like to go and have a few drinks to loosen up, if u know what I mean. But I guess I'm only there for a short time, and I can get pissed at home all I want.

Art Atwood is said to top 12, calories a day. I know carbs are important for fueling workouts and replenishing glycogen stores, but how are they more important than protein for muscle growth? I've tried to do some research myself about this whole protein requirement issue. The recommendations are all across the board, and I tend to agree with you that most of us get more than we actually need. Now, after reading your post, is that even considered too much?
