I have been curious about taking anabolic steroids for many years. I am a 29 year old male struggling with a weak sex drive, very low energy, skinny fat body type, very clean balanced diet and a fairly healthy lifestyle.
I have read about most of the benefits and risks with the drug it seems to be a no brainier. Is it just d. Also I am waiting for my lymes disease blood test to come back negative after having it for a long period of time. Before I hit the needle, does anyone have a story to share? I am making an appointment with an endocrinologist this week to check my levels. It just seems like something has not been right for a few years now.
I used to be able to eat like a monster, lift heavy, and fuck like an animal. Now, it seems like push ups are an impossible task and I don't remember the last time I had a morning erection. My Monday - Friday meals usually look something like this. Big Salad - mixed spinach, cheese, olive oil, lemon juice Pork jerky, 3 hard boiled eggs, mixed nuts Bottle of water.
I work in construction so I should be a little tired but I can't seem to get a boost. Hopefully I can get this resolved soon. Thanks for the info! I've never done steroids but I know about a hundred guys who have, having been a part of gym culture. Here are some facts to take into consideration.
IMO, if you just do one cycle, you'll probably get the results you want but you need to do work as well. But very rarely do guys ever just do one cycle and quit. Its literally like taking a super drug that addresses every weakness your body has. You need take a cocktail of other drugs, not just test. These include anti-estrogen, HGH if you want to get bigger , different strains of test, kidney and liver protectors, sleep promoters.
These are not all necessary, but the guys I know take a few things during a cycle. You need to work out every day, hard and eat right. If you're not going to invest time in diet and exercise, you'll just get flabby and bloated. At the same time, if you're already putting in the hard work and good diet, then why would you need steroids in the first place?
If you're going to do anything, consult a doctor and have them do it for you. If you're in America, the shit's illegal and you can face legal consequence in addition to fucking up your body.
Please keep in mind, steroids are addictive, and not in the sense that they are chemically addictive. You'll like the results and some guys wind up being on roids for years because they don't want to lose gains. If you're on roids for any extended period of time, it will fuck up your body. When coming off a cycle, your hormone levels will be severely diminished. So you think you have low testosterone now? There's also the psychological stigma of knowing you cheated to get to where you wanted in life, rather than simply putting in hard work and dedication.
Even if you don't tell anyone, you'll know in your heart that you cheated. My advice would be to do a physical with a doctor. Check out your levels. If all is normal, make a diet and workout plan, eat to grow, and lift to grow. To me, it just sounds like you're not eating enough and not putting in the time at the gym.
