My question is ,will the hormones attack fat in my abdomen? I do my ab workouts but it seems my recovery time for them sometimes is a week. Redline and venom are both good bat burners and work well with good cardio and diet plans, but be patient, belly fat can be very stubborn and is always the last place where fat is lost.

Obviously my appetite has increased tremendously from the hormones, but i have countered that by eating more, i am staying diligent and eating times per day. Somedays tho regardless of how much i've eaten i get nasty little headaches.

Its not that significant when compared to the importance of diet and exercise, but it is a factor. That's a good number to be at and if your workouts are intense, your body will eventually lower that number on it's own. No need for additional fat burns in my opinion Abs WILL recover fast and can be worked more often.
